You make decisions an you know if its the right choice!

I know we all have been at this level here where we might love or like the job with the wonderful boss and co-workers but there is an issue. There seems to be a lot or some Americans that feels that each day is a struggle to get to work because of commuting of heavy traffic. And many our walking out the job feeling like they can’t get no help and the only thing they think is right is quitting.  With not even talking to the boss or HR to see what options available they just quit. Commuting to work seems like a big problem in the bigger cities which are Chicago, Miami, New York, and San Francisco, this would be the areas that’s having the problem.

With companies aware of the problem in the bigger areas, some companies are changing some things for the workers. But the key is if they don’t know you have a problem, then they can’t help to try to fix the problem. Ideas that they are looking in  would be carpooling, working from home if allowed  or even helping with transportation to make sure they make it to work. Also many jobs now are willing to let you work from home which is another great option and very helpful to the workers.

When you like a job and the co-workers before you make the decision of quitting talk to someone that maybe could have, it doesn’t hurt to ask could you either change hours or even work from home. Never know if the next career move you make would be the best fit for you when your normal job works for you. So before you walk out that door ask the question what can I do for help with commuting to the place I like to work at.
